Parent permission for Publishing student photographs and student work on the Beverly Hills Education Foundation website and in district-related Publications.

I understand that my child's photograph and work could appear on the Beverly Hills Education Foundation website and publications and any such publication is not for profit and neither my child nor my family will be compensated for any such use.
I understand that no home addresses, email addresses, or telephone numbers will appear within any photograph or published work.
I also understand that the Beverly Hills Education Foundation has no control over non-District media sources and their use of my child's likeness, name or photograph.

Subject to the above conditions, do you grant permission for the publishing of the student's photograph and/or student work done by the child named above on the Beverly Hills Education Foundation website and any District-related publications?*

2022-2023 Consent to Online/Technology Use

The intent of this Consent is to prevent unauthorized access and other unlawful activities by users online, prevent unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, sensitive information, and to comply with legislation including, but not limited to, the Children's Internet Protection (CIPA), Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act (CalECPA).

I, as parent or guardian of the above named minor, do hereby, for my child/children, myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, release and forever discharge and hold harmless Beverly Hills Education Foundation and all officers, directors, employees, agents and volunteers of the organization, acting officially or otherwise, from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action which in any way arise from the minor’s participation and/or my participation in the Teen BHEF program.
